We liked the breakfast and your staff was very helpful there. I was trying to heat my blueberry muffin in the toaster, and one of the workers came and offered to microwave it a bit for me in the kitchen — that was very thoughtful and went above and beyond. Also Dusti at the front desk was super helpful to us in explaining how to get to certain places we wanted to go in the tri cities area. This was our first time to be in the tri cities, so her help was very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Karen

The room was beautiful clean up to date modern all those things you want in a hotel room. I even had a beautiful riverview. The staff was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating one. They gave me an upgrade because of circumstances which I appreciated. This is not a complaint, but the only downside of my stay was that I couldn't stay longer and then just enjoy the view. But my circumstances changed and I had to leave early.

The breakfast options were great, omelette and frittatas were tasty, not the usual watery scrambled eggs! We loved our river view room, beautiful, and great access to the Riverwalk. Priscilla at the front desk was amazing, helped us move to a better view room from the original ground floor room.

Andrew

Breakfast was great! A couple more toppings for the oatmeal would have been nice. Egg omelette was delicious. It was nice to have the top floor room. Quiet halls even though we saw a ton of kids at the pool. We used the hot tub -- nice and hot. Clean and updated look.

Michelle

The room and location were great, the “free” breakfast was horrible. We have traveled on this trip alone from Georgia to Mt rainier in Washington back to Jackson hole Wyoming then home, and that was the worst breakfast we had.
